Well they're not quite as fab as the other ones posted, but the yellow sandals I wanted were on clearance at DSW today. Perfect for engagement pics and Spain. Yay!

I broke the heel of my shoe!!! It just...broke!

They weren't a favorite pair, just some cheap pair I had gotten at a second hand store, so not really upset at the heel breaking. But seriously, never had this happen!!! Flip flops have broken on me, never a pair of heels.

So currently I'm wearing foam stacked flip flops from the drugstore. They have rainbows on them.

What the hell?!? I've had ankle straps break... and the little plastic nubbins come out of the bottom of the heel, especially walking on hot asphalt... but never a heel just snap off!

I've had that happen. They were old Naot heeled oxfords/dancing heels, and one shoe the heel and part of the sole just came apart from the top. I had to go downstairs and buy a pair from shoes, since I was at work.

I think I snapped a dress heel once to, but can't remember the details.

Right! I thought it just happened in movies! I did get the heel stuck between cracks in the sidewalk and pulled a little hard so maybe kind of my fault. Meh, they only cost me $2 and I didn't love them (they just went with my outfit today), so no huge loss for me. And now I have rainbow flip flops...that possibly were intended for children.
