Did any of you see the Weird Al video about improper grammar? It is pretty funny (Link)
The only part I have against this, and maybe it is a cultural difference, but it seemed to make fun of people with disabilities. Such as saying "did I stammer". The big one was the term "spastic" which, at least where I am from, means someone with cerebral palsy. It just rather harsh to make fun of for poor grammar. It is like saying you write like someone who is "retarded" or has down's syndrome because you misspelled a word. Just completely uncalled for.
As a lot of North Americans are on this board, I just wondered if it has that connotation at all there as I was pretty appalled that it would come out so blasé in a pop song?
