    Tonight me and FI are eating dinner/possibly accidentally getting drunk again at a local restaurant with some friends. Tomorrow night we have a party to go to that I'm not looking forward to and will probably have to bring my own alcohol with me to get through it (I'm not opposed to this, it's definitely going to happen), and then Sunday we are meeting with our DJ!!


    PS I'm not an alcoholic. I just spend a lot of time with bikers (dinner tonight and party tomorrow) and alcohol is as important as oxygen at these events.

    So the 7 hour interview ended up being an hour and a half with the discussion among govt attorneys afterwards. Im so glad my phone has a mute button- I burst out laughing when the witness got snarky.

    Did my training for admission before federal court in less than the time they said it would take. I now have zero fucks to give about work but must remain busy for a bit longer.

    JCbride2015 Thanks! It will be for next summer so by the time I apply to grad school I would have had work for them for two summers. Plus it looks great to be "promoted". If I do get paid I'll be making 10 per hour and work 40ish hours a week. That would be so great for my saviongs.

    Update- two new cases for review and summarization for our intake and assignment process. Guess who gets to review and summarize them. At 410 on a Friday.

    This morning, DH knocked my contact lens case off the counter and into the dog bowl. He comes into the room, "babe I dropped your contacts in Raiders water, I found one and rinsed it off but I can't find the other". Ew gross let's not infect my eye throw that shit away.

    Tonight we are going to our annual hot air balloon festival! Music, food, a wooden playground, Weiner dog races, arts and crafts, hot air balloon rides, and then the light up display of all the balloons when it gets dark! Never been, but I'm so excited to go on a date with my husband!

    DH is at work for the next couple of weeks.  And by at work I mean he is gone, I won't see him and probably won't hear from him.  Which gives me the opportunity to unpack and arrange our clothes my way.
