    I was so happy the other day about this. FI and I ran into an old friend at the grocery store the other day. We hasn't seen her since her son was 3 months old. I saw him and asked how old he was and her answer was 1 YEAR AND 9 MONTHS! I got weird and have her the worlds biggest hug in the produce section.

    Does anyone still do half birthdays? I am a grown-ass adult, but when I turn 'and a half', I tack it on. My dad still calls to wish me a happy half birthday.

    I don't but we do FI's half bday. His bday is Christmas Day so it kind of gets overshadowed.

    I never did but SS's bday is right in the middle of summer so we try to do something for his class just after the next school year starts.

    I have one friend who does. . . .she is 31.  She also wishes other people half birthdays on facebook and via text.  It's odd.
