  I'm lucky for a lawyer, because my office is business casual, so on a daily basis I never need to wear a suit.  I wear a lot of dresses with blazers, ankle pants, etc.  So I've gotten away with only owning one well-fitting suit for the past few months.

  I spent 2 hours designing suits on the website @lolo883 posted up. Then I remembered I'm a tattoo artist and the last time I wore a button down to work everyone thought I had jury duty.
  
  Sometimes I'm a little jealous of the fancy dressed grown up professional people. Until I remember I get to wear shorts to work and get over it

  I have a painfully large collection of suits, most of which are from Nordstrom. Depending on your shape, Talbots is often great- they just don't cut things for everyone.

  I'm ordering this suit thanks to @Lolo883!  So excited.  It won't get here in time for my first business trip so I'm going to try to find one off-the-rack suit at Lord & Taylor or Macy's this week.  For this suit, I went with dark gray wool, both the skirt and slim-fit ankle pants, and a custom blue lining because Fancy.  The whole thing is going to be about $330 which I think is extremely reasonable.

  Yea, me too.  Sometimes I think, "Ooh, I'll dress up and wear a skirt to work!" And then I remember that I'm a journalist and I carry xtra-tuffs in my car because I never know when I'm going to have to go run out in the rain to shoot photos or investigate a story in the rain/mud puddles.
