She's generally a good sport about me putting clothes on her. I swear, I don't do it often.

She does have a fleece jacket though for when we go hiking in cold weather.

Bryn is more jealous of me than she is of Willy. She does her Chewbacca voice whenever H hugs me and tries to nose her way in between. H eggs her on like "ohhhh I love mommy SO MUCH! Mommy gets ALL THE LOVES! There's NO LOVES left for anybody else!" while wrapping me up in a big bear hug and nuzzling my neck, and she loses her shit.

Our big dog (the one we got second) has the jealousy issues. FI and I were sitting on the couch and FI leaned in and kissed me. Mr Jealous jumped up and wedged his nose in between our faces and licked both our mouths so it turned into this hilarious, creepy 3-way kiss. Damn dog.

We have four dogs and often have foster dogs. So there can be anywhere from 4-6 dogs in our house. They are just like kids. Sometimes they love each other, sometimes they wish the other would get the hell off the couch. But, we manage the mood swings. If your dog has been banned from doggie daycare, you might want to consider getting a dog walker to break up the long days, instead of adding a second dog.

here are our babies in their Christmas outfits. Multiple dogs can work, even if your existing dog is an asshole sometimes. You just need to do slow, managed introductions.

Yep! I do boxer rescue. Those who have been around a while may remember when I first got them. They were rescued from an asshole backyard breeder who was selling them at 4 1/2 weeks old. We negotiated with him and took them at 5 weeks, and 24 hours later they both tested positive for parvo. Lola was the worst and got down to 3 pounds before she started eating again. My partner and I took turns sleeping to try to keep them alive (fluids, force feeding, etc.) for two weeks. Our plan was to get them healthy and rehome them, since we already had two huge dogs and two cats, but after two weeks of willing them to live, we just couldn't part with them. And, Gemma (the one with the eye patch) is deaf and blind in one eye. So, she is a hot mess anyway.
