Anyone used Billings Forge Catering?

    never heard of them and if you cant find reviews or anyone online who used them then run. 

    look for something that has reviews do said  people have a website can you contact them and ask for references

    I just hired them for my wedding in May 2016. I worked with them on some work projects and they are great! They will customize a menu to be exactly what you want, plus everything is local and they give back to their community :)

    I am an acquaintance with the director of catering.  I am pretty sure we are going with them for August.  They are doing another wedding at my venue this August.  We are thinking about going family style for the food.
