Hi ladies!
I'm currently in the middle planning my wedding and while everything is going well food, budget, and venue wise, I'm having a hard time with my favors...
Since I'm having a winter wedding, I wanted to put a pair of gloves in each of my guests favor bags with a label that says "I've got love to keep me warm" attached to them. What do you think? I was also wondering, would it be tacky to have different colored gloves placed in each bag or should I stick with one solid color since none of the glove options match my wedding colors?
Re: Gloves as a part of my favors? Opinions needed.
Also, are you giving favor bags? That screams kids birthday party to me. If you must do a favor (they are optional), then stick to an edible favor, like Addie suggested.
If you went with the gloves, you would probably find lots of them left on the tables after the reception ended.
Most of our opinions? We all had the same opinion.
You would like to think that they wont end up in the trash but they will.
With your gift bag, are any of your guests traveling? Because they might not want to put chocolate bars and marshmallow in their suitcases.
No, I am not comparing apples to oranges. You cannot fit a size 8.5 hand into a size 7 (medium size) glove, no matter how "stretchy".
And you know what? I guess that does make me delicate. Who openly says that they'd throw someone's wedding favors away when they gave them to you out of the kindness of their hearts? If that isn't rude I don't know what is. You guys should learn a thing or two about being appreciative.
"most rudest"?
