Mine's sports related too. I wont be home at 7, and can only DVR one thing (right? I have no idea how this works....). Blackhawks or Cubs. Which one? WHICH ONE? It's the blackhawks but it's a hard decision

Depends on your DVR. I think we can record up to 4 things at a time, or record 3 and watch 1. You should be able to record 2 things even with the older DVRs, as long as you aren't watching something else.

If you are a big Cubs fan, I'd tape the Hawks. The Cubs game is pretty significant and historic, and it is a one and done game. I'm more about the Hawks, but the game is just the first of many more to come.

My FWP is that I have to go to Boston next week, because I had too many personal commitments this week and later next week, and I'm going to be away for my dog's birthday (observed) on Monday.

I may have just bought a pet-cam so I can talk to her while I'm gone... Happy birthday to both of us!

I am working from home this week, preparing for a big presentation at work and the cleaning lady is here right now and I feel like I am in prison in the small home office because I feel too awkward to leave while she is cleaning.

It was so cool. My loser friend couldn't take a half day (seriously, this is more important. just get fired) so we didn't get downtown in time for that red carpet thing they had going on but the banner ceremony was really fucking cool. Definitely worth the money.

Last night's FWP: I was putting away china from my shower in this amazing antique china cabinet my mom got for us a few months ago, and I don't have enough space for all the china people got us....

This morning: didn't have time to wait on the line at Starbucks for iced coffee so had to settle for Panera.

Yup, close to Denver anyway. That's why we do this trip to watch hockey... it's a quick flight, and H has tons of points and a companion pass on Southwest from his business travel so we fly free.

It was so cool. My loser friend couldn't take a half day (seriously, this is more important. just get fired) so we didn't get downtown in time for that red carpet thing they had going on but the banner ceremony was really fucking cool. Definitely worth the money.

I was thinking of you when I watched it. How cool would it have been?!? Oh well. It's not their last cup. Not their last banner

She sits at her desk and moans and sighs and stuff. It's so weird. Yesterday she was eating corn nuts one at a time and smacking and moaning with each one. It was torture. She's also famous for calling clients while eating (loudly) then saying, "I'm sorry, I know I'm eating in your ear, but I'm starving." She came to my desk yesterday with a mouthful of food trying to talk to me. I told her I didn't understand her and she was like, "Oh it's dumb of me to talk with my mouth full." I responded with, "Yeah, and I don't do stupidity." (FTR, she's moaning right now.)

The woman before her used to listen to "Adult Romance" audio-books. So we got to hear about "heaving breasts and his pulsing manhood."

to bolded: Where do you work? My aunt owns a publishing company that specializes in this genera but I don't think they even listen to them out loud...

I had a coworker that would do eat loudly, and call people while eating. That is like nails on a chalkboard to me..
