    Hi everyone! My weekend was awesome. Saturday got my hair dyed for the first time in about 5 years so I was/am feeing all sexy. H & I went to the Comics Come Home in Boston, it's an annual charity event hosted & organized by Denis Leary so the performers were Denis, Louie CK, Jimmy Fallon, Ray Romano, Steve Sweeney, Steven Wright, and a few others. Was SO good! Can't wait to go back next year.

    Yesterday H & his friend went to RI Comic-con so me & the other spouse had an awesome girls food /football day.

    Need to ask IT for a new keyboard, this one keeps skipping letters on me and I have to go back and edit like every fucking word, it's driving me nuts!!

    @cocobella good luck at your new job too!

    @lavenderfields13 hope you like the restaurant. Kinda funny that MIL still tries to give you jewelry.

    @beachyone15 I've been meaning to get my dress cleaned and preserved too. I just wore it on Halloween in the house only) but I could feel a tad sweaty so it's def time to finally get it done!

    @futuremrshistorian When is you trip? That sounds exciting!

    @speakeasy14 Good luck, hope you can pick up on skiing. When we first met H bought me a snowboard and wanted me to learn so I could go with him. It was a giant failure and  I could not do it. lol

    @TwoDimes - You'll obviously have to fly over for the bazaar over here next year! ;) I'm sorry you guys didn't end up finding much Christmas stuff!

    @speakeasy14 - I do think there is such a thing as gently introducing your BF to liking Broadway. I'm going on show number 2 with mine, and he's even going willingly! Haha. Let me know if you want me to look at the options and tell you what is the most dude friendly.

    I'm jealous of all of you who are in a good mood this Monday because I'm feeling pretty grumpy. My weekend wasn't so great. FI has a presentation at work on Tuesday that he spent all weekend working on and I spent all weekend catching up on grading. And my period came almost a week early with the worst cramps I've had in a long time. I'm really exhausted and just want to go home and sleep but after teaching today I have a client's house to go to until 4. I can't wait for Thanksgiving break!

    @jenna8984 I had one lesson two years ago (I refused last year because of my ankle).  I only fell once, but was done after that.  So we'll see how this goes.

    @twodimes @untouchablets I've been wary of trying the chestnut praline just because it sounds like a weird flavor, but now that there's a Capt Crunch smell comparison involved I may need to try it!

    I spent my whole morning in meetings so I'm late to the party today, and I will be busy most the rest of the day getting stuff done. Talked to my coworkers for about 10 minutes earlier about how we are all ripping our hair out since we are overworked, have had employees leave, and no new employees have been hired. Ahhhh it's a mess here!

    Friday I think I just knit when I got home from work. I honestly don't remember if I did anything else. Saturday morning I went to the synagogue to be supportive of BF's family since his mom was doing a reading, something that women don't normally get to do there. Almost everything was in Hebrew so I had no idea what was going on, but when looking around I could tell others had lost their spot too and I didn't feel so bad. His parents were glad to have me there and that's all that matters. After that, BF and I went downtown to watch football, and we ended up getting day drunk. We were back at my apartment by like 7:30 pm, watched more football, I fell asleep on the couch at some point with him and we both woke up around midnight wondering how we managed to sleep soundly together on my tiny uncomfortable couch for that long (answer, booze). Sunday was rough. I spent most the day lounging and drinking gingerale. Did not accomplish ANYTHING.

    From now until the first week of December work is going to be crazy for me, lots of time out of office. Wish me luck! I'll still check in, but I likely won't get to post as much.

    @bethsmiles - Ugh, I feel you.  I am drowning in grading and I just want Thanksgiving to get here so I can eat all the things and drink wine and play with my nephew.  It seems like this semester has been longer than every other one so far!

    I bet it will look ADORABLE. I'm nervous about requesting it because I feel like it will make my huge chest look even bigger, but I really think it is SOOO cute! You must share pics when it arrives.

    @GoldenPenguin I think it depends on the poncho and what you wear with it. My coworker is 32weeks preggo and wore a poncho to a party recently and it looked phenomenal !

    I am excited to try everything on! I was able to get an idea of what the Cace dress looks like, and I think it would be a great piece for my closet. I can't find anything on the Estell dress or the snood, though. The word snood just makes me giggle a little bit.
