@Swazzle at this point just echoing everyone else.. love the jacket and cardigan! I wish the sweater with the lace hem had a more flattering neckline or something, because I like the idea of it.
My fix shipped! I am not sure how excited I am about it. I asked for something dressy to wear to holiday parties and that's definitely not here. So I dunno. It'll be an expensive fix for me if I keep everything - $187 after my styling fee and 25% discount. I'm getting -
Papermoon Bastille Tulip Sleeve Blouse - this will probably be a keeper depending on fit. Rhonda Faux Leather Jacket - Ehhh....I don't know. I doubt it's going to fit my boobs. It's a likely return. Alina Leopard Print Infinity Scarf - I dunno. $38 for a scarf and it's leopard print which is usually a no go for me.
Sloan Distressed Boyfriend Jean - Not very enthusiastic. I do not give a shit about the whole rolled jeans with booties look. I guess if the fit is amazing I will keep them. Corinna Striped Dolman Top - Definitely a keeper in any color but the navy blue and white version because I just bought a navy blue and white striped sweater from the Loft. I think I might change my preferences to no bottoms. I already have jeans I wear all the time and I'd rather get a wider variety of tops and maybe some winter dresses instead.
Okay I got my first fix yesterday! When I placed my order I asked the stylist to pick things that I can wear on my Thanksgiving trip. I mentioned that I hadn't seen my family in years and I wanted to look grown up but still my age and mentioned that I'll be in Minneapolis and it will be cold. The stylist sent me a sweet note and told me why she sent me what she did and I am really happy with it! Here is what I got (sorry about the dirty mirror)!
Zad Alvaro Leaf Drop Earrings - $28. Keeping. The picture does not to them justice. I think they are gorgeous and I look great in gold lol
Just Black Rogers Distressed Boyfriend Jean - $78. Keeping. 41 Hawthorne Moni Chain Print Stud Detail Blouse. $58. Keeping The jeans. fit. perfectly!! I mentioned in my style profile that I need petite sizes when I can get them especially in jeans because short sizes are always too long on me. These are perfect. And expensive. I will be living in them day and night until further notice. The top I did not expect to like when I opened it up. I don't really wear patterns and wouldn't pick up these colors if I was in a store, but when i tried it on it totally complimented my figure. I love it.
RD Style Tipton Cable Detail Pullover Sweater - $68. Keeping. When I first saw this, I liked it. The color is pretty, the material is soft. It looks warm. But then I tried it on, to discover that it's more like a poncho. The sleeves are weirdly at the hem of the sweater (you can see it in the picture). And the turtle neck is huge and I just didn't like it. I really thought about sending it back, but if I did I would end up paying MORE for the remaining four items than if I just kept it and got the discount. I would have sold it on Vinted or something. However, when I put it on to take these pictures I suddenly didn't think it's so bad.It...flows? I don't know.I definitely have to wear a shirt under it or something but I think I will actually wear it!
Skies are Blue Miya Faux Fur Hooded Coat- $98. Keeping. I LOVE THIS COAT. It's definitely not for the dead of winter but it is PERFECT for the fall and I've been wanting a new one because I don't have a fall coat with a hood. It is soft and comfortable and I would probably even pay more for something like this. And I like the stylish zipper. Definitely a keeper!!
I would not normally spend this much on any one piece of clothing, but this is for a special occasion so I am splurging. Of course, I am going to try again next month and if it's as amazing as this month I am gonna have to majorly rework my budget lol.
@speakeasy14 I got my style card and invoice, but the clothes were the wrong sizes and the wrong things. I was supposed to get two dresses, a snood (lol), a poncho, and a sweater. I ended up with jeans, a couple shirts, a jacket, and a necklace. And I didn't like any of it! Boo! I sent an email to CS so hopefully I'll hear from them sometime next week. I've heard that you don't get your original clothes, they just pack you a new box. Is that true? I'll be sad because I was excited for my box!
@cocobellaF I saw on the FB page that a ton of people had the same thing happen to them. I guess one woman ended up with 6 SF boxes being delivered to her in 1 day! WTF. Hope they get you your box ASAP.
@untouchablets - I agree with all of your choices as well! I got that studded blouse in my last fix and it's totally my favorite top right now. It's so comfy! And I actually like that the sleeves have a little weight to them or I wouldn't enjoy where they sit on my arm.
Leighton Metal Bauble Necklace Berneen Printed Dolman Sleeve Top Martina Slub Open-Knit Cardigan Lucio Henley Blouse Mason Wide Leg jeans
I'm pretty excited about all of it...especially the jeans. I had a pair of wide-leg ones that I literally wore out and have never replaced, so I hope they fit!

Something similar happened to me, they sent my first box to someone else and I got nothing. They ended up making it right and sent me a new box but it was a completely new one and on the invoice where it says what number box it is it has one more than I've actually received. It was a big bummer considering it was my first one, but CS did make it right.
Hey ladies!! please read my blog and join my journey with me as I become a young wife. We are waiting to be married to move in together thanks all! and congratulations on your engagements
mod edited out tos violation
Omg!! Yes I'd totally love to go follow a complete strangers blog! What a fucking novel idea!
My fix came early on Saturday!! It was a pretty solid two of out five though. I LOVED the tulip sleeve blouse, especially because it came in a gorgeous wine color, but it was way too small for my boobs so I had to return it. Anyway -
First item Rhonda Faux Leather Jacket. Definite return. It was awkwardly short... Alina Leopard Print Infinity Scarf - I tried to keep my mind open about this one but I really just don't like such strong animal prints. If it had been a lighter print and different color I maybe could have gotten behind it. Papermoon Bastille Tulip Sleeve Blouse - GORGEOUS color, but didn't fit.
Now on to the keeps -
Market & Spruce Corinna dolman shirt. LOVE! Especially the blue/gray color with black stripes. I was soooo happy to receive this. I think I've received something from Market & Spruce for each of my fixes and each time I've loved it. I think for my next fix I'm definitely going to mention that to my stylist - all of their tops really seem to work for me. I also loved the boyfriend jeans - they came in a charcoal color which was perfect and the fit was soooo comfy!
My new box should be here by Friday! It's been in the styling phase since yesterday, so hopefully I'll get it early. I'm sad that I won't be getting the same stuff, but maybe this new box will be even better!
@speakeasy14 Eh I don't think it will help. It's a fabric issue usually where it just does not have enough give. I usually ask for stretchy tops and mention how big I am on top but they don't listen 100% of the time.
My first Fix came today! It was awesome...I'm keeping everything.
First: Bancroft Leighton Metal Bauble Necklace. I love statement necklaces, and I don't have a big gold statement one. I have a coral one in the same style, but I like this one better for fall/winter:
I tried on everything else together, so let me go ahead and list it and then post the pics:
Dear John Mason Wide Leg Jeans: LOVE. They fit perfectly, they have the perfect amount of stretch...and they make my ass look like magic.
Alice Blue Lucio Henley Blouse: The floral pattern on this is remarkable. I live in blouses in this style, but I didn't have a floral printed one. I can see myself wearing this a lot.
Pixley Martina Slub Open Knit Cardigan: This might be the most comfortable thing I've ever worn. I was on the fence about this one when I saw it in the fix, because usually my cardigan style is a little more formal, but I put it on and immediately thought of about 4 outfits I could wear with it. So it stayed.
41Hawthorn Berneen Printed Dolman Sleeve Top: I wasn't sure about this one either...I didn't love it out of the box, but I decided I'd keep it to get the 25% off and give it to my sister if it didn't grow on me. But then I realized I was late to meet my boss, and I had it on, and so I tore the tag out and wore it...and it was so comfy that I'm keeping it. Plus, I love the purple color in the pattern.
Also, this totally isn't from SF, but I have to show it off because I love it. I ordered this dress from Modcloth for the pictures BF and I are taking on vacation. I'm going to pair it with a burgundy cardigan and burgundy booties.
@futuremrshistorian - I absolutely love everything! I have that cardigan and it's one of my favorites. I actually planned to wear it today but couldn't find it in my closet That's awesome that your first Fix is a 5/5!
@futuremrshistorian wow a 5/5 on your first fix?! That is amazing... Everything looks so great on you! I got the floral top in my last fix and while I didn't keep it due to fit, I agree that the pattern is gorgeous! Also, great choice on the modcloth dress!

@untouchablets awesome fix! Everything looks really nice on you.
@CocoBellaF That really sucks
I'm getting:
Leighton Metal Bauble Necklace
Berneen Printed Dolman Sleeve Top
Martina Slub Open-Knit Cardigan
Lucio Henley Blouse
Mason Wide Leg jeans
I'm pretty excited about all of it...especially the jeans. I had a pair of wide-leg ones that I literally wore out and have never replaced, so I hope they fit!
