  @beachyone15 UGH that sucks about your lingering illness! I really hope it clears up soon. Being sick for that long is the literal worst. Has any over-the-counter medicine helped? Zoey is doing really well with training! We're having some issues with getting her to go down, but last night we finally had a breakthrough with that. I'm sure she'll get it in due time. Otherwise she's quickly caught on to each concept that's been introduced.

  Thanks everyone. Here in TX we haven't had snow but the weather has definitely been weird. It'll be 70 degrees for a few days, then drop to the 30s/40s. So we keep turning the heat on and off. I just wish it would stay the same temp for longer than a few days.

  @caseface5  urg our weather did the same!! Christmas eve was basically late spring weather, and now today is waayyyyy into the negative with frostbite warnings! Rage!

  I don't know how you all paint and drink @swazzle @labro @alpacina @speakeasy14 - I suck at painting before drinking, I think drinking would just convince me I was decent at it until the next morning.  Plus I concentrate on my drinking like a pro.

  @eilis1228- I took alive cold and sinus this first time around which seemed to work. It feels like a really bad virus that I just can't shake. Right now I'm taking Mucinex, Flonase, and a z-pak to hopefully knock it out for good.

  @minskat30 Well they are really good at giving you step by step instructions....and I'm not sure about other places....but our's guarantees you'll go home with a good painting (meaning they'll help you fix it if you royally screw it up!).

  @minskat30 - I don't have an artistic or crafty bone in my body but it's SO much fun! If I can do it and have something that resembles a painting at the end, so can you.

  @beachyone15 - I think you should read the book first. I didn't think it spoiled the movie for me at all. The book wouldn't have been nearly as thrilling if I had already seen the movie, KWIM? I'm so sorry you're feeling so terrible!

  @minskat30 - Painting and drinking, for me, is like bowling and drinking. There is a perfect point where I've loosened up enough to not overdo/overthink something, but too much drinking (like some of my friends) and trees turn into blobs.

  @swazzle - That would be the most amazing G2G activity!

  I'm too much of a perfectionist to drink when I'm painting or drawing, but I will drink and color. I might do some of that later while watching some Making a Murderer. (I started watching it, saw one episode, and I really want to see what is going on).
  
  For anyone that likes crime type shows, I highly recommend Broadchurch. There are two seasons on Netflix. I watched the whole first season in a few days a year ago, and on Saturday I watched the entire second season. They really keep you on the edge of your seat wanting to know what will happen next. 
  
  @Alpacina I have a nice air mattress but when given the choice between my bed and that I will choose the bed every time. I can't wait for Saturday though! I already have my celebratory wine picked out.

  @wink0erin - Did you watch the US or UK Broadchurch? I love that they cast David Tennant in both because you can't have too much of him! He's such a fantastic.actor.
  
  I'm on mobile so while I read everyone's posts I'm too lazy to try to respond to all of you, sorry! FI was offered another grad school interview yesterday! I'm very excited for him and a little relieved because this last school is the one in Denver so hopefully, assuming the interview goes well, not moving for his grad school will be an option. Moving weeks after the wedding did not sound appealing.
  
  I'm back at work today and I'm so bored the next hour and half is really going to drag. Also I'm starving because I forgot my lunch

  @wink0erin @bethsmiles - I looooooved Broadchurch (the UK version, I heard the US version wasn't nearly as good). I just looked and realized I might need to do some catching up because I feel like I only watched the first season. You should also check out The Fall if you haven't already.
