I'm so late to the party!!

No photo because my phone won't connect to TK still

But wearing a leopard print top and black pants. Nothing fancy. I also changed 4x this morning.

Last night was quickest dentist appt ever! 20mins in an out {not including the 15min of nitro so I could get the needle ...} I was asking about the possible root canal scheduled for June and the dentist said because that tooth is sensitive makes her feel like I may not have to have a root canal and the could be another option. {yesssss!}
Ended up eating an avacado and 2 puddings because my face was numb lol

So this morning I was later than normal for a dr's appointment. I had to get my meds changed {was on Zoloft, now on celexa} and had to have mini convo about future of kids and that with my dr.
Matt and I talked about going to dr before having kids, just to be safe and she said once we're ready to TTC that I need to change my medication anyways so it's a good idea.
Even though we're not planning now, she suggested I start taking prenatal vitamins now .... I may price them just to see what I'm looking at and decide from there.

Anyways ... ended up getting my tetanus booster and MMR booster. The MMR {measles/mumps/rubella} shot burns! OMG! I thought the RN was joking when she said the was "heat sensations" Jeez ....

So yup ... late to work, late to TK today and almost done for day.

Side question for those with cats: Penny - who is either 3 or 4 - still acts like a toddler. Anyone else have same thing? I swear she gets into everything lmao

Hellooooo beautiful NEY friends!

I've lurked and loved so many posts this week, but I'm just so overwhelmed by the multiple pages and I don't want to be a jerk and not respond to everyone. But I'm also a lazy ass slacker that doesn't like to go to work until 11:30 every day, so that's where I am.

@untouchablets, my H's aunt's wedding this October is a "private family only" ceremony on Friday with the reception for all their friends, family, and coworkers, is on Saturday. H is going, I am not, but I'm incredibly annoyed nonetheless. It's so fucking tacky.

@cocobellaf celebrations on the gyro! I really need baby coco to build up some tolerance and CTFD. I'm sending you all the non-puking vibes!

@minskat30 you are way too adorable. I cannot wait to inappropriately touch your belly.

@labro H and I fell in love with Inman Park! H plays this game of hypothetical daydreams, so we had a house picked out that we were going to buy, and I was going to get a job at the Methodist church next to the MARTA stop. H was going to work for Georgia Tech, obvs. Your friend's life sounds incredible. Beach, hipster house. The life.

I went to the gym this morning, third day this week! I'm an all or nothing kind of person, I don't ease into or out of things well, so I'm crazy proud of myself. Especially today, which required waking up like a normal person. Kind of.

Yesterday involved freezing my ass off at one of my kid's soccer games. I did not dress for the windy, 40*, sitting on a metal bleacher scenario. I showed up to chorus rehearsal afterwards with frozen toes and a numb butt.

I got home around 10:30 completely exhausted, so naturally I watched two episodes of Mr. Selfridge, and then promptly tossed and turned in bed for the next two hours.

Tonight I'm working until 9ish, and I've got new fabric that's ~supposed~ to be delivered today so I can start pumping out the three quilts I need to make in February.

@misskittydanger - F+F get into stuff every now and then. Mostly either food on the counters, or anything with a tassle/fringe. It's super annoying and means we constantly have to think about anything we put in eyesight of them. They are worse if they haven't had a walk in a couple days (Freddie tore apart one of the Christmas stockings after three days of being snow-locked).

@audrewuh - You are totally allowed to touch the belly...you are in the safe "friend zone" there.

Strangers...not so much. Thankfully the only people to try it thus far have been friends and family.

@speakeasy14 hahaha!! Penny it's toe-mice. I never wanted to teach her this but Matt decided to teach her. This morning from 6:30am she was all about the toe mice .... and "run from this room, to next room, then LAUNCH ON THE BED!" claws out. On his leg. I laughed.

@minskat30 I always want to feel babies kicking (I'm fascinated by it), but I also have this irrational anxiety about touching pregnant bellies. My latest pregnant friend would reach over and grab my hand, putting it to her belly every time baby kicked, no matter where we were.

@speakeasy14 @eilis1228's quilt will be my 24th finish!! Along with a handful of other minor sewing projects. Let me see if I can add a pic from mobile of my latest quilt for my friend's 5 yo son.

I did know it was still there. If I took it out, I'd never be able to go back and look at what I had posted. I'm sure at some point none of the links will work anymore.
