Good morning, everyone! How was your weekend and what's up for today?
My weekend was good even though I didn't do a whole lot. Friday, I met H for our weekly sushi date and then when we got home he promptly fell asleep on the couch.
Saturday, I got up and went for a really relaxing massage! It was lovely. I got home and showered and then read more of my book (Dublin Murder Squad #3) which I eventually finished yesterday morning and it was SO good. When H got home from work we were both starving but lazy so we went to our local Mexican place for a late lunch/early dinner. We spent the rest of the night relaxing.
Yesterday, I made pancakes for breakfast and then H and I got to work organizing the basement. We still have a ton of stuff in boxes from when we moved over a year ago and it all needs to get sorted before our neighborhood yard sale but we made some good progress! We also swapped TVs around in the house and now have the 50" from the downstairs guest room in our bedroom which is AWESOME and the smaller one from our bedroom is now in the upstairs guest room with a Blu-ray player so that I have a space for working out.....
.....which is what I did this morning! I woke up at 4:15 when H was leaving for work and did T25 day 1 (cardio). It was definitely rough after several months of zero activity and at one point I kind of wanted to puke but I didn't give up so that's something! It's a 10-week program so I'll be finishing up right at the end of May, perfect for summer!
Today is my aunt's birthday and my family and I are surprising her with dinner at a yummy Italian restaurant tonight. I'm looking forward to a delicious dinner and seeing my family!
