  @knottie7d6129cc92a62680, I think you may be new here but it's a good idea to:
  -Check the last post on a thread before you respond.   This one is nearly 3 months old.
  
  Also, I do hope you didn't invite any friends to your shower who aren't welcome to your wedding.   That is considered a very egregious etiquette blunder.

  Oh girl, no. When you join a forum it's good form to read some of the older threads and tell the attitude of the forums. And if you did that you'd see that inviting someone to the shower who specifically isn't invited to the wedding is terrible etiquette and reflects pretty badly on you.
  
  Also this thread hasn't been posted in for almost 3 months, you don't need to revive old threads with bad advice.
