Our photographer wants a list of people with whom we NEED shots (i.e. VIPs), then lists of all of the grouping we'll want, and whether we want them at the church or if we'd be ok getting them at Cairnwood later. The issue is that our timeline is extremely tight AT the church but then we have some time afterwards.
We also need to make a "must take photo" list - I've already started compiling some of these on Pinterest but I need to make a list for her.

Yeah, but I'm going to be really specific (since she asked me to be) - For example, shot of shoes, shot of rings, bride's reflection in mirror, getting ready photos (putting on makeup, putting on dress, bridesmaids' reaction to bride in dress, groom tying bowtie, etc.), bride and groom holding hands, groom giving bride piggyback, etc..

oh gosh. With 3 months left, that looks like a lot to cram in. The only thing i really feel behind on is invites though. And thats because the friend that is helping is also graduating. Thats first on the to-do list when I get home!
And we just bought our favors yesterday, with several gm and bridesmaid gifts. so thats a nice check taken care of.

Yeah, but I'm going to be really specific (since she asked me to be) - For example, shot of shoes, shot of rings, bride's reflection in mirror, getting ready photos (putting on makeup, putting on dress, bridesmaids' reaction to bride in dress, groom tying bowtie, etc.), bride and groom holding hands, groom giving bride piggyback, etc..

Thanks! I'm considering something like that, or something from Oriental Trading or something. I think I saw some that were approx. 50cents each and were fabric, but I can't recall where. This is going to be a massive project :(

All of this while closing on our house and MOVING!
This thread has been so helpful with helping me get my sh*t together. I was so focused on my MOH's wedding I forgot what I had left to do for mine.
