I love a lot of the names you have mentioned.  Unfortunately, as a teacher, I also associate names with kids.  That makes things even harder!

We have not really discussed names.  I want to continue the family tradition of naming kids for relatives that passed too.  From my side of the family, I need names with G, A, L, and S.  For FI, I need names with K, R, H, and J.  I think we have good letters.  G is my priority for my grandmother.  But I hope its a boy because I don't really like any girl G names.

dch, I have a student named Holden and I <3 him!  Great name!

We have talked about it for years just for fun.

What are your favorite names?  I always liked names like Conner but once we got serious, I realized I could never use that name or any like it because FI's last name ends in "er" and it just sounds weird.
For a boy, I like Liam and Calen
For a girl, Audrey, Aislyn and Aisling

What are names that FI likes that you hate?  Or vice versa?
FI always comes up with reasons to hate a name but funny stories come out of it.  For instance...I mentioned Morgan for a girl once and he told me this story how he went to HS with a guy named Morgan and everyone called him "Morgasm".  Sad but true story.  I hate plenty of names just because I'm a teacher of 2 year olds.  Kids who don't behave always leave an impression!
