Seriously! My ring set is 18K white gold (so it has added nickel in the gold) and normally I don't wear it with the kids and dog and laundry and general gunk...but I've been wearing it for a few days straight and I've gotten a small red blistery rash under where the ring sits on my finger.

To test if it's just sensitive skin or a real allergy, I've been wearing a silver ring, a costume ring, and a yellow gold ring (no added nickel) and nothing has happened. My e-ring doesn't fit my other ring finger (weird, right? lol) and I don't have any other white gold rings to try. I've always typically worn silver jewelry, so I've never noticed anything like this. I'm kinda bummed...but kinda happy at the same time. This might mean more ring shopping...but it would have to be yellow gold (not a fan,) silver (can it hold diamonds?) or platinum (can't afford that.)
This is just weird and I never even considered this a possibility when we bought the rings! I guess I don't really have a question, just complaining/venting a little.
