My FI and I are going on a cruise out of New Orleans and we are looking into staying a couple days after the cruise. Has anyone used Airbnb in NOLA? Or has anyone used Airbnb in general? Thank you!

I would employ the use of screen shots / snipping tool to share with AirBNB. And if the host didn't realize all of the policies of airBNB, I have to think you should consider yourself lucky.

We used Airbnb for our trip to Puerto Rico last year. We chose one with a large number of glowing reviews and were thrilled with everything: the price, our hostess, the location, the amenities. We will be using Airbnb this year for a trip to New Orleans.

My fiancé and I are very non-traditional. We want something more homey feeling than a typical banquet hall which brought us to AirBnb. Anyone have experience researching or planning a wedding with an AirBnb home as the venue for the ceremony & reception? We're planning on 150 guests. #hudsonvalleyny #ny #airbnb

I've heard good things about airbnb and vrbo. I have a friend that uses vrbo for most of his vacations.

My sister is an airbnb fanatic. She's used it lots of times, and for my bachelorette weekend we're actually staying at a beach house she found on there. I think that as long as the reviews are good, there shouldn't be any worries.
