Guest List Manager

I can't access my guest list manager. When I click on it, it sends me to the page to get started on creating one. I already had one created and was using the emails as the RSVPs and am no longer receiving those either. This is a problem because many people have RSVPed recently that I do not know about. Please help!

    Hi there,

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing this. Please try the following, as this has resolved this issue for members who have experienced the same problems:
    • Clear your browser cookies and cache, then try to log in again.
    • Confirm that you are using an updated version of FireFox or Chrome as your browser, then try to log in again.
    • Reset your password: visit your Account Settings page to enter a new password and Save Changes. Try to log in again with your new password.
    If none of these work, please let me know so we can look into it right away.
