HELLO TO YOU ALL!
I'm in an wonderful mood today! There are two reasons for that: 1) I worked out for the 3rd day in a row this morning! And 2) I AM -2.2 THIS WEEK!!!! I hit my 5% goal and I'm -8.6 since joining WW!
I think waking up at 4:15am is getting easier. The workouts, however, are definitely getting harder but that could also be because my whole body is sore from going from doing literally nothing but sitting on the couch to doing T25. It's a good hurt though so I'll take it!
I'm so ecstatic about my weight loss this week. This is my biggest loss in 1 week since joining which I'm actually ok with. Slow and steady is surely the name of my game! I'm so close to being down 10 pounds!!!!!
Tonight I'm making buffalo chicken parm and roasted broccoli for dinner and then H's friends will be over for our weekly Survivor "party". I'm going to try really hard to stick to just 2 glasses of wine tonight because I think anything more than that will affect my early-as-fuck wake up call tomorrow and I am feeling way too motivated for that!
