It's a fact that once you get on orders they cannot take you off. He WANTS to work but cannot help that the army will continue to pay him while he waits for BOLC. He wants to get to bolc ASAP and doesn't want to nor agree with being paid while he waits, but that's out of his control. I think you are taking what I said out of context. Like I said, I, nor my FI, make the rules. It's the army, once your put on orders (like if he works at LDAC or does hometown recruiting) they cannot take you off, or in other words, stop paying you. Does that make sense? I apologize if you misunderstood the way I worded it. I respect the military and those who work hard for their money. I'm proud of myFI and the work he does. He wants to get to BOLC as soon as he can so he can start doing what he loves. But like I said its out of his control if the army continues to pay him while he waits for training to start.
