[QUOTE]In Response to Re: I Judge/Unpopular Opinions/Confessions : I was told recently I'd be perfect to play Tinkerbell at Disney world, a nurse in my doctor's office found out the requirements to be tinkerbell there, it was her daughter's favorite character, you need to be under 4'10" and under 90lbs, check and check.  I would understand why you are jealous though. That is awesome for her.

<div>Actually Tinkerbelle has to be 4'11" - 5'2". There's currently a posting for her on the Disney Audition website. Disney does not have official weight requirements. Obviously they want someone who looks most like the character so most of the people who play face characters are of a similar body type to the characters.</div>

[QUOTE]You're right, I apologize, you weren't the first one to bring up the Diva Cup. However, we are talking about a cup, that you put inside you, that collects menstrual blood....... Would you rather I call it the "butterflies that come out of my vagina every month" ?? I mean, yea, I - along with other people - think it's gross. But... you're the one who uses it. And you can't talk about it. Because it grosses you out. Color me confused.

No.  It grosses me out when other people talk about their "uterine contents."

A simple "I have issues seeing blood" would suffice.

Whatevs.  I'm over it.  Just didn't want to read more of that is all.

[QUOTE]In Response to Re: I Judge/Unpopular Opinions/Confessions : I was talking to her publicly on FB and she didn't say. I haven't had the chance to ask her privately. My younger sister and her are vacationing there (weird since she lives there lol) so they've been busy. I know it was for two different characters, which is how things usually work. They cast people who can fit multiple face characters.  It's her second time auditioning for entertainment. She got placed in the costuming department for her internship and while I know she's loving that (she works day parade in the Magic Kingdom), she was crushed to not even make it through the first cut for entertainment first time around. I'm really, really hoping that she gets it.

Good luck to her! I always thought that would be really neat. I've only been to DW once and that was when I took my son in 2009. It was really awesome experiencing it through his eyes (he was 3 at the time).

I judge the crap out of the girl (I use that word deliberately) who was promoted instead of me, and now asks me questions about how to do her job every five minutes and complains how much work she has to do. The only reason I didn't get the promotion (so says my boss) is that I was really sick earlier this year, and have missed too much work for them to justifiably move me up (technically with how many absences I have, many "unexcused" because I don't have medical insurance, I should have been fired, but they forgave most of it). I understand my not being promoted because of that, but there are several great people I work with who deserve it more than this girl with popcorn for brains. I'm 90% sure the only reason she got the job was that she threw a hissyfit in the manager's office (with the door open when I was outside) about how she's been there for so long (a whopping two years, less than I have) and hasn't gotten anything to show for it and blah blah. Yeah, I judge her.

Unpopular opinion: There's some unkindness on these boards. Most of the time people offer constructive crit, helpful honest opinions, and whatnot. But just in lurking on the forums, I've also seen some downright meanness. That's in no way the majority, but I've seen it here more than on most of my other forums (which range in theme from illness to crafting to bearded dragon care to... everything :P). Then again, I've also seen some serious overreaction to what ISN'T downright meanness, but is perceived to be. I guess most of us on here are a little high-strung (what with planning a wedding and all) and maybe come off as more abrasive or sensitive than we mean to.

Confession: I've been eating really well lately... but today consisted of a hot dog, a Java Chiller from Sonic, a cheeseburger (with avocado on it! That's healthy, right?) and a honey bun.
    Bring on the fat pants.
