My dress has a corset/lace-up back. Does anyone know how wide the top of the corset is supposed to be? I think I remember someone saying it should be about a 3 inch opening across the top, but I'm not sure. Any ideas? Thanks!

It can be as wide or narrow as you like. Mine was quite wide, probably 4-5". [img]http://i493.photobucket.com/albums/rr293/adriane522/6529_793958104712_28132964_50466605.jpg[/img]If your dress has a modesty panel under the corset, the panel may set the width of the corset depending on where it snaps. Actually, I had to let out 1 or 2 inches of the corset by adjusting the panel because it was too tight at its original width. I've also seen people with corsets almost completely together. It's totally up to you.
