girls, please help me to chose a sash

hello,

I need some help chosing my sash.  I bough a gown from Amy Kuschel and it's very simple.   I think a sash would compliment it well.   I am chosing between a sash of Lazaro in two colors.

1. Ivory: blends in with a dress.   Classy.   Will be easier to sell later because ivory is a popular color. 
2. Gold: defines a waste a bit more.   Bold.   Stand out more on its own

My wedding colors: ivory, gold, royal blue

I am torn! Although the ivory is beautiful and classic, knowing you have an august wedding and your wedding colors include the gold I think the gold has my vote! Your dress has a simple elegance to it so the gold truly defines your waist in such a stunning and chic way.

One thought though, I got an a.b. Ellie sash for my plain dress and I'm keeping it after the wedding for sure...something to pass down someday Just an idea to consider before selling it!

I vote Ivory... there is just something classic about the color.

I say gold, since it's one of your wedding colors and defines your waist better.

I wouldn't worry so much about selling it.  I think you're just as likely to have someone buy the gold as the ivory.

I like the ivory one better. It defines the waist, but doesn't attract away from the rest of the dress. It'll be beautiful either way though! Great dress choice!

I thought that I'd prefer the gold one, but I actually like the ivory one better.  Just as mannb said, it defines without detracting from the rest of the dress.  IMHO, the ivory detracts less from the top of the dress.  In the end, I think they are both lovely (and you look great in that dress!), so it is just a personal preference.

Wow, you look stunning. I LOVE your dress. I would love to see you on the day of with your hair and makeup perfect - you will look incredible. 

I love both sashes, but I prefer 1.
