Had to buy a new gown

So...I found the dress of my dreams back in Feb and on an even brighter note, it was on sale from $600 to only $100.
 But, last week I went to get the hem done and it let out a tiny bit...They wanted to charge $500!!!!
Wow..Sorry, but I may as well buy a new dress and one that wont need as much alterations to it.
So last night I went to DB and found a beautiful gown and not even close to my first dress, but I LOVE it!

i AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM.....i LIVE MY DRESS BUT I LOST 25 LBS. AND NOW IT IS HUGE.

The hem on my first dress was just to detailed and delicate... I took it to 3 or 4 different taylors, and all either said the same thing or would charge way to much.

Both of your gowns are very pretty but I prefer the first one. That was a very nice gown. If it was me, I would lose the weight and wear heels.

Can you purchase the 1st gown in a larger size for $100 and wear heels?
