DivaBiatch absolutely loves booze... she is a boozehound.  I don't allow her to have it because she's a weeny 8lbs or so.  FI thinks it's hilarious so she gets little sips from him, especially when she jumps on the backrest of the couch and leans forward and steals it Her alcohol of choice:

1.  Captain and Coke

2. Gin and Tonic

3.  Any beer

Yeah, woman is a good cook.  I have made a few of the recipes she's shared - one of my other faves is the cheesy jalapeno corn chowder.  SO GOOD.  When I make it though, I half the recipe because it makes so much fucking soup, lol.

Haha I love it. :) Atticus Finch is one of my favorite fictional characters of all time. That name just has so much distinction. He looks like a handful but sooo cute. ;)

We chose Willow because J wanted to somehow pay tribute to his favorite childhood chessie, named Kody. We didn't just want to rename a new dog that, so he chose Willow since she (Kody) is buried under the willow tree at his parents house.

I love puppy pictures!  I am thinking of adopting another for Simon to be friends with once exams are over, but he's so well behaved and low key on his own that I don't want to ruin that.

I just saw pictures of XH with the new (preggo) girlfriend and her little kid.  Not sure how I'm feeling about that.  It's the first time the whole thing has been confirmed in real life, instead of just hearing about it third hand from someone else.

I'm really dying for another whippet. I don't want to get on a waiting list without a house and knowing we definitely can take a puppy, but damn. The timeline sucks. If we're in a house by August, we could possibly we waiting until 2014 for a pup to become available. We're going to try and rescue as well, but there are not a lot up for rescue.
