Oooh, can I still do a letter?

Dear college that I work at,

It's bad enough that you are making us work three days this week. It is deader than a doornail, and I will spend all those hours surfing the web.

But now you decide to close the normal cafeteria and offer a continental breakfast and a "light lunch". I went for breakfast this morning. Despite being advertised as running until 10, by 9 there was nothing left. And the light lunch? The deli is partialy open, whichj doesn't help me since I can't eat cold cuts. That is it. So I am having a lunch of Cool Ranch Doritos. Thanks for giving a shiit about your employees. I would tell you in person, but you took the week off. Eff you, buddy.

Oh wait - no, yours has limited hours. Mine is COMPLETELY closed these 2 weeks. No on campus food options. I think the fitness center is closed, too, which is good, because everyone will be too weak to work out from not eating. Thank God I'll be gone next week. That damn blog scares me. But not nearly as much as the fact that she calls herself a copywriter scares me. The only thing I can appreciate is that she's at least honest when she says she "spews nonsense". That's 100% of the content in her blog.

Oh, they keep the fitness center open here. I know, because I work in the Athletic Department and we run it. I have to come in for 8 hours to open up the building for the two effing people who came to work out.

I hate how colleges screw their staff as soon as the students leave. If you are going to make me work, I need access to food, damn it!
