Well, I'm getting Bdubs takeout tonight.  You know, before I become addicted to it and forced to sell my body in order to support my fried chicken wing habit.  Or before the government bans it all together.

You think banning those things is any different?

Ewhit, you are definitely doing it right by listing all of your unpopular opinions.  But no one needs to agree with you.  If you're going to list things that are genuinely out there that you know would piss people off, you cannot be surprised when people want to engage you in a heated debate.

  • I do not feel bad for people who do not have tenants/condo/home insurance and end up on the street because of a claim. There is NO excuse not to have insurance, If you cannot afford to replace everything you own without insurance then you cannot afford to be without it.

I see these apartment buildings burning down and people donating clothes and places to live ect. When a tenants policy (which here can cost as low as $80 a year) would cover all or most of that.

But she is the one who wants those things to happen.  I find that to be the shock value more than my reaction to it.

I dont think it will even happen either, but if enough people start thinking these ridiculous things, it can happen.  And clearly it does happen because there are countries that operate like that.

  • I didn't have sex ed til 7th grade, but we definitely learned about puberty in 3rd grade.  In 7th grade it was all about sex and childbirth and sex diseases and what not but in 3rd grade it was pretty remedial, body part related information.  A girl in my class got her period so we all had to learn about it.

Well, girls learned about periods.  Boys learned about boners.  I think.  For all I know we learned about periods and the boys got recess.
