Kik brings up a good point in the 'going to forums to find friends' thing. I didn't do this. I actually love wedding crap. It was an awesome side effect but still, I have come ot love it more than wedding stuff And, I am obsessed with wedding stuff!

No. The color I am now is what I was as a kid. I am thinking I want the Audrina look. And yeah, I have no idea why I picked her because I don't follow the Hills.

Also, I am off Sunday and Monday so I am apt to hideous roots (well not THAT horrible for people who know what/who I am talking about) but bad enough it bothers me because I can't get to the beauty parlor when it is open. Brunette would be better for me I know.

M&M that is a very pretty color! I agree perfect for fall/winter. I'm trying not to dye my hair too much before my wedding, so I can get it done right before without too much contrast. 

The outfits opinion I hate that FI always says you look fine.

Meg - if you are worried about the color change contrast, start with lowlights. you can always add more later!

I like the camraderie here.  I look forward to the good morning threads, much like meeting friends for coffee before work, and I like to pop in during the day when I can.  You are all intelligent, witty ladies, and I enjoy your company.  I met DH on eHarmony, so the internet 'meeting' isn't that strange to me.  I have a hard time making friends IRL, so this is a way to feel connected to a community of friends that I feel I 'know' to some degree.  I have learned a lot from you ladies, and been entertained and enlightened.

I like this board because it's a good combination of wedding stuff and fun chat. The women here are awesome and I find myself wanting to chat with them. I first started here because someone gave me the knot magazine and then one day I found the hot topics section and Voila! The community was found. I have to say I have gotten so much valuable information from this site. (Wedding stuff not medical advice   For instance I am now having an open bar and have avoided many faux pas that loved ones thought were great ideas.

Hi ladies.
I've skimmed this thread a bit. I just wanted to chime in.
I'm here for the conversation and the people. I've met some ladies that I consider friends. I know what's going on in their lives and vice versa. If I lived closer, I'd definitely hang out with them.
