Actually, I really quite enjoy it when you make me look like an idiot.  Especially if it means you're here.  So, now does that mean I ruined YOUR life?

My thinking is, when was the last time we had a good one? Like TayPrince or that Pivko chick? Crazies like that used to come around all the time. Now, hardly ever.

I kinda miss the entertainment they provided :(

  • No one can ruin my life. Well, I bet Freddy Krueger could ruin my life. He has scary hands. And probably Jaws. Jaws could ruin my life because fish really scare me. Oh and Jeffrey Dahmer. That motherfucker was scary too because of the whole eating of faces and lobotomy stuff. Oooh. I bet Godzilla has ruined some lives too. And don't even get me started on that Willard Scott guy.
  • Oh, Pivko has been around, Jen.  She's just not bringing the crazy, this time.  Yet.

Yeah, I saw she made a fw comments in here the other day. I was kind of hoping she'd lose it just a little bit, but she managed to stay sane. Very disappointing

  • Anyway, to elaborate on what I said and Missy said, I don't think it has anything to do with the lack of crazies (though I admit I love a good troll or beebee and they're great fun!).  I've said it before, but for me it's the vast amount of regs getting validated when they shouldn't, newbs being totally ripped uneccessarily, and a whole lot of general hypocrisy with the way things are here, pretty much.  The vibe is just....weird, to me.

I know, I know, if I don't like it I don't have to post here, people can post whatever they want, it's the internet, it's a public forum, blah blah blah.  Which is why I'm still here.  But Missy mentioned the vibe changing, and that's my 2 cents on it.

  • Ditto the pilgrims (I like that better than migrators). The incessant reg validation is irking the shiit out of me, and the inability to argue effectively as well. Just last night AATB and I talked about her mom and argued our points without name calling or worrying what the other new regs thought about it, or feeling like we needed to agree with a reg or jump on a newb.

The thing I loved about SB was that is was easy and honest. No trying too hard in any direction. We don't need to sit in a circle and kum-ba-ya with each other and agree just to prevent rocking the boat, and we don't need to name call and hate on people before they've fully deserved it, either. There's way too much of both of these up in this joint right now.
  • I agree on the vibe change, its much different than it was when we all moved ever. It just seems like a lot of lets me friends hand holding bs and Im not into that. I find fewer and fewer posts are actually INTERESTING, they are just "zomg this or that" and then everyone nods and talks about cats. Its just different.
  • I love you Nebb. Can we talk about my pussy now?

    Only if its shaved.

Man I just reread my post, and there are a shitton of spelling errors. Wtf.

Oh and I tried reading the mothman book and I just cant get into it. I am not liking how its structured :(
  • Is it because it's non fiction? Well, sort of.

Also, I know I've told you this before, but I work with a guy from Ontario and when we have meetings I can't concentrate because I just imagine that's how you talk. Is that weird?

I bet we sound alike. No one in ontario thinks we have accents and I think its because we all sound alike in a crazy canadian way. You can imagine his voice slightly higher and its probably me.  You should trick him into saying funny things I might say and it would be like we were talking.
  • I say bagel like baggle. That's all I've ever had pointed out to me.
  • He's the biggest nerd on the planet. He seriously makes math jokes and laughs like Steve Erkle. I used to be scared of him because he has no social skills and thus, no filter, but now I love him because I get him. He's actually hilarious. He came to me one day in a tizzy because he wanted to lay some one off because they were just strange and awkward. I told him that if we could lay people off for being strange and awkward, he would have probably been gone a while ago. He agreed and we had a big old nerd laugh together. I love him because he's clueless.

This is so cute. I think nerdy guys are sometimes the best ones in the office because their humour is more mysterious. The controller at our office sent out an office wide email telling everyone not to talk to him today because he needed to focus all of his brain energy on something on his computer. It was hilarious.
  • This guy also has a habit of hiring really big weirdos too. He had this one lady that worked for him that would spend the night in the office. The security guard would catch her walking around other floors at 3 am. We found out about it and assumed she had been sleeping in her office for the last several weeks because (in her words) her apt was too loud.
