    I think anything can happen before/during a wedding that is unplanned. a friend had it literally flood on her wedding day the water was up to her chins when she was walking out of the church and they hardly made it to the reception. I know people didn't go b/c i rained and her band never showed up b/c of the weather. Luckily the water didn't get into the hall until the end of the night. Was that fair. NO.
