I think you are correct.

Here's a secret: lots of people, when they first post, get told by somebody or other that they're trying too hard, whether they are or not. You can either say meh and keep being yourself, or let it drive you crazy. I think you're doing fine, so you're better off just being you and not letting it drive you crazy.

Um, not sure you want a full update as it involves skin falling off. Basically I'm giving it 3 weeks wrapped in duct tape 24/7 to see if we can essentially suffocate it out.

But, I did found out that my previous doctor is a moron. She said I needed to have the wart cut out for a third time, I went to a new doc for a second opinion and no, it's not a wart, it's scar tissue from the first 2 procedures. Dumbass was going to cut out scar tissue!

So, good news is my toe is flat again. Bad news is I have no idea what will happen by the end of this trial.

Anna.Oskar- Anna is the sweetest person of all time, so it makes it that much better/more entertaining to see her bitch someone out. Her wedding was gorgeous for realz.

AnySunrise- I just love Any to death.  I'm so glad we both make friends online and came here and found each other :P.  She is an old soul

Aprovencher--Aprove takes a lot of slack from people.  She's criticized a lot and some don't agree with her tendency to make retorts, but I get it.  She's strong-minded and consistent in her responses.  She's someone you either love or hate (and I loves her!)

Beatles- I don't know Beats as well as most people, but she is sooooo smart, like, all the time.  Again, this makes it even better when she logically bitches someone out for a dumbass statement.

BecW2Be (Where has she been lately, anyway?)- Ditto Beats in terms of not knowing her as well, but she is so witty and sarcastic and creative.

Betrothed123-If there's someone on this board who intrigues me it's B.  I wouldn't be surprised at all if she was a superhero and B was her Clark Kent-alter ego.

Blueeyed- Blue comes off really strong, but I've been loving her more and more as time goes by.  She's opinionated and it's fun to debate against/with her on different subjects. 

Cew515-  I think Cew approaches every post like a stand up routine and I enjoy it.

CupcakesFrosting-I love CCF.  She is so much fun to hang out with and she has an amazing voice.

Jas--Jas is so smart and kind and, like Any, is an old soul.  I would totally trust her advice all the time.

J&K numbers --J has a very strong personality.  I though I annoyed her, it wasn't true.  But I really liked that she called me out and discussed it.  She's ballsy in a good way. 

JenGin74-I love Jen.  I just think she's hysterical and witty and so much fun to "be" around.

Kat Eye/Mica--I guess I missed a reveal where Mica was Kat Eyes?  If so, lame.

Kimheartsscott--She is freaking hysterical.  All.the.time.

LedZepplin-Led Zepp is such a great friend.  She was my first off-TK friends and has been such an awesome sounding board/advice giver/joke maker.  (And I freaking love the new sig and your halloween shirt).  She's my Knottie bestie.

LesPaul- I think Les always jumps in with a kind word or something wise to say
 and I enjoy having her around

LessThanZero-I love Shaye (haha, messing with Steph).  Like JenGin, Aprove and others, I like that she is so close she can actually be an IRL friend one day.  And we will wreak havoc.

Maratea-I love Mara.  I like talking about IN things with her and acting like I know stuff bc FI is from there :P.  She's so much fun and I like when she waves her bitch flag at someone

MeaghanandMichael- Is there anyone more down to party, down to drink, down to spray paint an ex's car?  I would turn to M&M for all of those things.

Missy68- I have to be honest, Missy, sometimes I have no idea what you're talking about.  But I love when you talk dogs and reminisce about Max (I think?).  I learn a lot.

NatesGirl-What a cvnt.  I hate that bitch.  Run and tell that, homeboy.

Nebb-Nebb is the hardest for me.  For a long time, I was pretty sure Nebb hated me.  I think she tolerates me now :P.  The topics she posts about are an interesting mix of things I love and hate (no middle ground ever), which makes it hard for me to read her. 

OhWhyNot- OWN is just wise.  She always surprises me when she's funny or lighthearted, because I expect her to be serious.  Not sure why, I just do.

Raynes-I don't know Raynes too much, beyond the GIS stuff.  I'd like to get to know her though, because she seems like an awesome mix between smart and funny.

Sarah0725-Like Beats, I think Sarah#s is sooooo freaking smart.  She was around when I lurked, then not around, and is around again.  (And I appreciate the handfasting info and am getting the book to learn more!)

SarahPLiz- You know what I like?  This awesome, tells it like it is Sarah that's been around lately.  Not that she wasn't always like that, but Sarah's had some great one-liners lately.

Seshat- I never thought Sesh would be lighthearted and fun (when I first lurked/posted) and I've come to realize how wrong I was.  She is so funny and the fact that her humor is so witty and understated makes it better.

StaceyTaylor-Stacey is fun.  I think she and AATB are like best friends and I like it.

StarMusica- Star is so sweet.  Like NS, I'm incredibly jealous of her work ethic.

Steph087-Steph#s is great (she even has an impersonator!).  She tells it like it is and does a good job doing it.

Y I Oughtta-I like how Y has stood through a lot of criticizing (her sig, etc).  Give us some time to get to know you, k?

Zippity- (eats babies) Zip has great one-liners.  I always enjoy what she says, but I also have no idea who she is as a person. 

KatieWhompus--Ilove her love for pets.  I think KW is genuinely sweet and I always enjoy talking to her, even if she does hate The Office. 

KD--I loves me some KD.  All the time.  I want to make a Knottie trifecta with her and JenGin where we sit around drinking, being funny, and criticizing people.  I imagine it would be awesome.

NightSprite--Her work ethic boggle my mind.  I am the laziest student ever and I feel so guilty when I see what she's done before 8 am, while I'm being a lazy ass in bed.

Seshat, I did the duct tape on my finger.  It worked.  It smothered it, but I had to cut off the dead skin.  It's been over a year and it hasn't come back.  *knock on wood*.  It's the only wart I've ever had, and I don't want to have to deal with it again.

I need to get a roll of duct tape. Apparently soaking it in vinegar for 20 minutes every day and keeping it under duct tape is just as good as freezing. And I have a massive one on my thumb.
