JenGin - haha, love that website

I totally wish I could blow off the people on the tv side but it's a nonprofit company, so I'd kinda feel bad for demanding that I actually get compensated for the extra work.  It's not really a LOT of extra work - not work that I have to do every day, but when I do have to do it, it's always a ton all at once and it needs to be finished very quickly.  And then re-done very quickly... eff

i hate it that i am expected to do xyz

but in order to do xyz other people need to do their job and they don't so then i am expected to make sure abc is done so i can finish MY job - so why am I doing other people's jobs....if they can't do it CAN THEM because clearly I am not getting paid double salary.
