Custom Ts?

Are any of you ladies getting anything for your bridal party to wear during the rehearsal dinner/night before?

I've seen it done, and really can't justify actually spending money on any custom shirts to wear for the night, but I found this and now I want it since I LOVE the Sandlot.

I used this company to do some for me. I gave them as a Thank you for doing the bridal shower. If you sign up for the mailing list they have deals all the time. I got them at a great price because I waited for it to go on sale.

I didn't do it for the BP but I've done a couple through Zazzle over the past year and I liked them.  I just have to say watch out for the sizing.

I'm just going to go with pins or flips flops. I don't see my friends wanting to wear a shirt again, but I can see them wearing flip flops.

You might check ebay first though. I have a tshirt that says The Future Mrs... that FI got me not too long ago. I LOVE it.

Okay - the "For-ev-er" shirt is adorable (and hilarious)

For my sister's bachelorette party (I was her MOH) I designed logos and ironed them on to black shirts 9and gave girls scissors to cut as desired).
They all said "Team Andrea" on the front - except for the bride's, hers said "Team Kendall" (her now DHs name).  Then I added "Captain" to the back of mine, and "Co-Captain" to the back fo the bridesmaids.  Overall, they were pretty cost effective, but time consuming - and I did get a little help with tweaking stuff from an artist friend.

I keep looking at shirts, and considering ordering - but it always comes back to 2 things: $ and will they ever get worn again...

EDIT: I SWEAR that NO ONE was making the "Team Bride" stuff at that time ('08) and I was awful proud of myself coming up with my play on the whole Twilight type shirts...  Yeah, I'm a trend-setter :)

Julie, yes I noticed their sizing chart seems odd.

You know me, I am making my own - Kinda...

My godmother has an embroidery machine so I make making button ups (to avoid screwing up our hair.  The collar tip will say the name, the lapel will have the role.

Black shirts with clover/white embroidery.  Yeah, I am a DIY geek.

I found this shirt appropriate for my bridal gals cause Wendi Peffercorn was my nickname amongst most of them for the longest time.

I caved and bought a tank top that says "Bride" on it to wear while getting ready at the hotel. It was $20, which is probably too much, but I justified it by figuring I'll sleep in it and remember the wedding day.

I didn't get any shirts for my BP since I know they wouldn't be interested and won't be in town til the day of the wedding anyway.

Yeah - I keep oogling over the "Mrs." tanks/tees/etc - but refraining... Heck, I even considered a bikini (as the hotel has a nice pool in Vegas).
If I find a good enough deal, I know I'll do it... *sigh*
I do know my sister got me the VS "Bride" hoodie... which will be fantastic for getting hair/make-up done (and flying probably, too)

Ooh, I definitely wanted a "Mrs" bikini -- despite me being a modest one-piece suit kind of gal, and that we won't be near any water during our honeymoon.

It's funny because I haven't bought anything that isn't strictly required for the wedding. As in, if it wasn't a payment to a vendor, I didn't buy it. No favors, no cutesy little things, nothing. I wasn't really even that tempted.

And now, three weeks to go ... all bets are off. All the sudden anything glittery or bride-like, I want it. This could be dangerous...

I am DIYing myself. I got this catalog in the mail full of wedding things. Well, one was iron on bling that says Bridesmaid, Maid of Honor, Bride, etc. Well I'm going to order those, get t's in different colors and iron them on. That way they will have a tee for the morning/afternoon of and in their fav color! (purple, blue, blue, black, and me in pink). Plus they will have sleeves for those that don't like wearing sleeveless tops.

    That's awesome.
But I can't see me or any of my BMs wearing it again.
