Bra-friendly bridesmaid dresses?

Ladies,Several of my bridesmaids are pretty busty (not heavy - they're all around a size 6 or 8 - just well-endowed) and they have desperately pleaded with me to choose bridesmaid dresses that will allow them to wear a regular bra, not a strapless bra.  I'm set on doing full-length bridesmaid dresses, and so far we've had very little luck finding full-length dresses that have enough coverage on top to allow for bra straps.  Any suggestions of bridesmaid dress styles or designers that would fit the bill?Thanks in advance...

I should clarify that we also need dresses that aren't cut too low in the back, because we don't want the bra to show back there either, and aren't so low-cut in the front that large bra cups (D or DD) will show.

I was in wedding where we wore the J Crew Sophia dresses.  They were great and had those built in snaps at the shoulder to hold a bra in place.  I just looked and they carry them in long.  Also, all of the bridemaids in this wedding had very different body types and we all looked great in the short ones.  I happen to be a little more well endowed and I was very happy with the dress.  Here is the link! Most BM designers let you order extra fabric by the yard.  If you find a strapless dress that will look good with straps, have a seamstress add straps.  That will give you more of a selection.  This is what two of my BMs did with their dresses.

I agree with the v-neck idea.  See my bio for the ones we picked as well.  I have 2 girls who are very busty and they should be able to get away with a regular bra.  They're also going to have the seamstress stick the v if it's too open for them.

Wow I would completely disagree with the J Crew Sophia. I wore it in a wedding and I thought it looked great and the girls were intact but it was not the case. The pictures kinda looked like my crazy e-pic below. Thats just my humble opinion, of course. Its a lovely dress... just not enough fabric in that area of the body. I am going to have the same issue so I am going to probably have the bustiest BM try on a few different styles and then work from there. Start with the biggest "problem area" and then go from there!

Thanks again for all the advice, ladies. After having my MOH try on about thirty dresses, including some of the ones suggested here, we found a dress from Jordan that seemed to work the best (style 716 - http://www.jordanfashions.com/ShowDressDetail.aspx?collectionid=1&dressid=415&photoid=8778), so we will probably go with that. I still think large quantities of double-sided tape will be involved, though!
