Wow, I take Ant to the park and come back to all this! Have to say, while I do LOVE this board, I am pretty furious with all of this that is going on. I'm not going to repeat everything everyone said about the DJ and vendors and rights but let it be known that I am with you 100%. I just hope the TK gods see how mad we are and put things back the way they used to be. But if not, I'm totally down for another board where we can express ourselves freely and honestly!!

I want the Knot to know I'm not okay with this either. They lock the post because they want to avoid a she said/he said war but that dj rebuttal was just a whole bunch of "he said". If they are screening these rebuttals and trying to be fair to vendors being bashed by "bridezillas", why would they post something by a vendor that doesn't offer any proof? The very reason I came to this board is because I can't trust a vendor when they say they are "meticulous" and "organized". Of course they are going to say that! Now if he said he has 10 brides that are ready to talk to any potential client and say he's great, that would be one thing. But again, we don't need them to tell us that - we'll check for ourselves if we were thinking of using them. Defeats the whole purpose of these boards! It's not okay!
