The mall area is honestly the farthest East I go usually in Louisville. I've been up by the Summit maybe once or twice, but I'm only driving by. For the most part, all of the stores at the Summit have locations closer to where I live. However, LVB told me of a Sephora-like store that I think I need to hit up sometime!

I'd only seen Red Robin while watching Jon & Kate Plus 8 before I moved to Louisville. They didn't have one in my hometown back then. Now FI works 2.5 seconds from the one here and goes all the time for lunch, so he never wants to go for dinner. I'm not a big burger person either. :-/

I don't think I've been there, but FI and I have a Thai place near our house that we go to at least once a week.  They aren't open on Sundays though and I always crazy Thai on Sundays, so we should try that place soon!
