He was not our actual realtor, he's an expat I know who I suggested to the producers so that he could get publicity for his business (specializes in helping expats buy property here). One place is a place that a friend of his is selling, so they were ok with us filming, and the other is a place he just bought and is going to remodel.

Ya I know (I actually attended radio and tv broadcasting college and learned all the ins and outs..hehe)...but it seems the only Canadian artists they play here are Nickelback.  They don't even play Justin Bieber, I think the only time I heard a Justin Bieber song on the radio was a couple days before he had a concert here!

I'm new, so I can love on Emily, right?  Emily was the first person to be like "hey Mel, you don't suck" when I started posting, so I love her for being awesome as Emily and awesome to me.  It doesn't hurt her cred that she's super ridiculous pretty and I imagine her and her H to be just like Lucy and Ricky at all times.  (I know Ricky isn't from Chile.  It doesn't change things for me).

Yeah they do have to paly canadian artists.  But, we have lots better than nickelback.  My fav station has a no nickelback guarantee.  Makes me happy.

Also, he's from a small town from around here, so naturally you occassionally run into people who know Chad.  He's an asshole.  And he treats women, more specifically servers like shiit.  And I cannot handle that quality in a person.  Homeboy used to work at a coffee shop (or some crap), he should have some respect for people in the service industry.
