Whit, I tihnk I'm going to drop the class. I have until Friday to decide, but it would lower my stress load, and I wouldn't have to write thirty pages on relations between India and Pakistan.

Unfortunately, I do feel like I'm learning a bunch from this professor, but there is no way I can get a good grade. At all.

Special, I understand how you feel. I had to buy new pants yesterday because my jeans aren't fitting right. I was hanging up clothes yesterday and my H caught me crying because, "I'll never fit into these jeans again." It sucks, but I decided instead of squeezing myself into jeans I should buy bigger ones that fit properly. I'll just have to dress what I've got.

I have to wear shorts & underwear to bed.  Not that my shorts cover all that much but maybe it's just the whole "if there's a fire I can run right out of the house" thing.  I dunno, I'm a prude.  Plus our cat sleeps with us and don't want anything getting scratched.

I think it was the SYTTD episode with the Duggars, but Michelle was talking about "modern modesty." You can still be trendy without looking like your job involves a pole. I like that.

When I went to Denver to help my MOH shop for her BM dress, we ended up going to a store that sold LDS wedding gowns. If my mom hadn't already paid for my dress, I would have bought one on the spot. I actually cried about it.

H has to sleep in boxers.  He is not comfortable sleeping naked because he remembers being a kid and having his brothers run into the room and yank off the blankets.  He's the only guy in the world who doesn't fall asleep immediately after sex -- he has to put on his underwear again before passing out.

Special, I'm sorry you were having such a rough time with body image stuff.  But good for you for deciding to do something to make yourself feel better.  It's amazing what a little hair styling and makeup can do for a woman's self esteem sometimes.

I can't sleep naked.  I used to sleep in boxer type shorts and a tshirt, but I've gained weight in the past year and my thighs chaff together now and it's really uncomfortable  in shorts  So I have to wear PJ pants to bed now, no matter how hot it is.

Mica, FI can't either.  He has to shower and then put on a clean shirt and boxers.  He has a touch of ocd.  (I mean that literally, not figuratively.)

Still though, Whit, who gives out anyone's cell phone to someone else?  I'd never do that.  I'd tell them "give me your number and I'll ask her to call you"
