All I am saying is 350 is not that much, they are getting to be in an amazing wedding. And they can totally wear those dresses again. My parents are spending a lot and all they need is 350 from every girl for the dress and shoes.

Oh, and if you told me to get a second job to buy some crazy dress, well, I'd tell you where you could put said dress. That is entirely rude. It is your "awesome" wedding so if you want those beasts of dresses, I suggest you pay all.

It doesn't matter what you think is too much. Your FRIENDS think it is too much. You should value their opinions. 

And I'm with champagne. The dresses suck and I would not wear anything like that, ever. 

In case you missed the boat, the cool thing now is to pick a color and let your girls handle it from there based on what they can afford. That way THEY pick something THEY WANT to wear again.
