Wednesday is my late day, too.  The class is supposed to go until 9:45, but I haven't had a professor yet that's kept us that late.  I'll find out tonight I guess.  One of the nice things about the CC is that the campus I go to is 5 minutes from home.

Cfas, with pork, if anything, the extra hour will make it extra tender.  Are you putting anything in with it (marinade or water or anything)?  That will probably make the flavor even better, give it more time to soak in.

oh, that asian pork recipe is SO GOOD. 

FWIW, it was in for like 10 hours when i did it last and it was scrumptious.

Good morning all, I feel horrible. Like there's a rock stuck in my throat.

Your dinner will be fine, I always have to leave things in the crock pot for 8.5-10 hours and haven't had a problem yet.  I want to try this pork recipe though!  I haven't made any pork dishes in the crock pot yet.

It's really cold here too.  Weather here is wacky though.  We've had temps as high as 70 this month, and (overnight) lows as low as 9.  I'm ready for vacation - 77 days and counting...

I have such a weird hang up about pork.  I usually like it when I eat it, but I never want to make it.  It never sounds good to me.

Feel better Midge!  It sounds like you have that never ending sickness...I've had something since right after Christmas and every time I think I'm better it hits me again.

Thank you ladies, work isn't help matter either because on top of the sickness I am intellectually drained from working with contracts where I know nothing about the language. I've looked at less than ten and they're all different. I never want to work in a legal department.

That sounds like not so fun work at all Midge and I can't imagine figuring that all out ona  daily basis, never mind if I felt like crap.

I've never tried pork in our crock pot but I know Fi's been wanting some pork so I might just have to try one of these recipes.  Bay what do you season it with?  I really like the idea of the apple cider but didn't know if some seasonings were better then others with it.

The Dragon software is being sold through Groupon right now for $39.  I just got it in an e-mail this morning advertising six or seven of their deals.  When I cliecked through it showed the location as Youngstown if you try to locate it.  If you can't find it I can send you the link if you'd like.  I'm not sure how to do the small clicky link and I don't want to post an obnoxiously long link here on accident.
