1) My ipod came back to life (this was really last night)
2) I finally got an explanation of benefits from my insurance company that will give money back to me!

Good Morning!

I the new sig pics ladies.

I was super annoyed driving in this morning because the person in front of me was not even driving the speed limit. I have to take the Colonial Parkway, which is two lanes, with a middle lane, but you're only allowed to pass in certain areas, and they are very few and far between. Anyway, the guy was doing 35...in a 45mph zone. I was probably a little close to him and at one point he threw his hands up in the air like, "what do you want me to do about it?" Ummm, maybe you could actually drive the speed limit. I'm not asking you to speed, but damn could you at least attempt to hit 45mph?

I just need to get through today and two more days, then I'm off on Friday. Yay for long weekend.

Em that sucks about your Kindle, but I've heard that Amazon's return policy is pretty awesome.

I do what I can. I think I might terrible and get mcdonalds today. Most people here leave foreeeever to get lunch and I always eat my salad quickly and get back to work. So in the mood to say f it.

When I needed to take out a private loan for school I went with Key Education Resources.  I did need a co-signer for it though.  I think they may have been bought out by Great Lakes Higher Education though because that is who I make the monthly payments to.

I rear ended someone a few years ago on an icy exit ramp.  I did everything I could to not hit her, but the other option involved a busy road with oncoming traffic.  My Camry barely tapped her Ford Explorer, but it cracked her bumper cover and destroyed my front passenger side.

She got out of the car and started yelling, "WTF is wrong with you? Why didn't you stop?  Do you think you're too good to stop?  That's a fucking red light, you idiot!"  I merely replied that the ramp was icy, and I tried to avoid her.  She called me a liar, took two steps toward me, then slipped and fell on her ass.

She kept threatening to sue me because my insurance wasn't paying her fast enough.  They have 30 days to get a payment to her, and they did it within 3.  She called me five or six times a day to yell at me and threaten me.

That is why I am terrified of accidents now.

Manda, I'm pretty sure Ray's Hell Burger doesn't do reservations. I'm don't even think Ray's the Steaks takes them.

I hope I can come to the gtg. That night will be FI's bachelor party and I might have been volunteered to the be the DD He is doing it for me the night before though so I can't be too mean. I hope they find someone else though!

Also, Aliegh, I forgot about your question. I think you should be eligible for federal loans if you are taking a full course load. If you are only going part time you can get private loans from just about anywhere inlcuding most banks and Sallie Mae.

Morning ladies!  I'm always late to the morning thread since my workday starts at 9am now.

Hugs and sorry to all the ladies having a bad day   Mine is ok for now, but I have three interviews and a meeting squished into today and I don't know when I'm going to have time for lunch.  But I need to complete two more interviews before Thursday to be eligible to go to training in Dallas in May.  And my bosses really want me to go to this session.

Unfortunately it makes no sense for me to take the interstate since I'm coming from Gloucester Point. The Parkway literally dumps me across the street from employee parking at the Lodge.

Holy crap special k, I don't blame you. A guy cut me off in traffic the other day and when I honked at him he got out of his car and started screaming that he was going to kick my asss. Nice. Double nice because his granddaughter was in the car and couldn't have been more than four years old. I get a little reckless when people threaten me like that. I rolled down my window and told him to bring it on. What do you know, he got back in his car. Yeah, I could have been punched in the face, but it would have been worth it to see him go to jail. It's rush hour, I already have your license plate number, how exactly do you think you're going to get away with assault?

Rosie, it is not nice to talk about burgers (which totally implies french fries too...) around a woman who doesn't have enough calories allotted in her day to eat said burger and french fries and still be able to enjoy other meals in the day. It's just not nice. You take it back.You take it back meow.

It's POSITIVITY TUESDAY!! Which means I'm being annoyingly positive all day. We had a killer storm last night, but I slept through most of it and now the yard has been wattered and my hanging plants will hopefully come back from the dead - yay!

I am in a shitatstic mood because we worked for 2 FREAKING HOURS on the seating chart last night. I had this grand plan of breaking the guests into groups of four, that way each "couple" would be with 2 other people they know and like, and then matching up my groups of 4 with groups from the other side of similar age, life experiences, etc. That was a shiit show. It was such a brillant idea in theory
