Just got home from work, and I'm eating leftovers.  I might bake cookies tonight, although I really should wait until at least tomorrow night, since they are not being eaten until Saturday.

I cant hula- but only with a weighted hula hoop. I tried a kids hula hoop one day and it was impossible. My friend has like a 5lb hula hoop and it hurts like hell, but I guess it works your abs.

I have regular ones for stunting and tricks. And a weighted one (that's padded) for work outs. I got a kit with hoop and DVD from target. I make my own regular hoops. I could hoop for hours. It's lots of fun, therapeutic, and entertaining for kids.

I am very good at hula Hooping. I was always the champion at school. Yea, I am cool. Be jealous! 

I'm also sitting around in pjs watching the news. I'm waiting for my daughter to get home. It feels like I haven't seen her in forever.

I'm good Fezz but I feel like I'm one tick away from going Bridezilla on something. Haha. I'm currently waiting to hear back from two different videographers because we ended up having some money left in the budget for one. I'm trying to play hardball with negotiating since its 2 weeks away and these people wouldn't likely have work that day otherwise. So I'm hoping to get a good deal.

I am indeed jealous of your hula hooping skills, Oreo. I'm not even good at it on the Kinect video game and there's not even a real hula hoop involved there. 

I heart Winnie Cooper so I take it as a compliment. I'd flash you a cute smile any time That was not meant as creepy as it sounded. I'm glad you get to see/hang out with your daughter soon.

2 weeks, Musu! Eek!  I hope that you can get one of the videographers.  Sometimes the short notice works to your advantage.  I can't believe your wedding is in 2 weeks.  I remember when your ticker said FOREVER.

Family left for the evening. We will see them again tomorrow. Edmund is so upset that his great grandma had to leave. Now H is playing with him with his lightsaber. He is totally fascinated by it.

My loaded potato soup
(big batch/enough for dinner for 4 and a few lunches in the freezer)

*cook down 4 strips of chopped bacon & 1/4 small minced onion on med. heat
*Once crisp, add 2 T of flour (or cornstarch)
*mix until doughy and then for 2 minutes
*slowly add 4 C of chicken stock, whisking constantly
*add 3 decent sized potatoes (diced)
*simmer until potatoes are cooked
*add 3 cups cream (special soup=heavy, diet = 2% milk)
*seasoning time.  salt and pepper to taste, I sometimes add garlic powder/parsley
*add 1/2 lb grated cheddar, stir until melted, garnish with chopped chives, and serve

i usually make this soup terribly rich and creamy for special occasions since it's my H's favorite. It's still quite good made healthier with 2% milk, low-fat cheese, or even cutting the bacon down to one strip and adding a touch of olive oil to make up for the missing grease.

Haha, sweet, Musu. Maybe I'll be Winnie Cooper for Halloween next year and make FI be an Asian Kevin Arnold. That might mess with our Fruit Ninja plans (me being a fruit and him being a ninja).

Good luck with the last minute wedding planning-- I agree with Fezz that it could work in your favor. Avoid the stress but if you do find yourself descending into Bridezilla mode, please post clips of your behavior for us to enjoy

I am quite excited to find out if babyFezz is going to make us all aunts or uncles. Seems like the trend this year has been baby boys all over E & SB. Will be interesting to see what babyFezz is!! Do you and J have any preference at all? (I mean obviously you will be happy either way, and want it to be healthy and all but you know what i mean)
