Musu - they went with my mom and aunt to NOLA where they will be re-homed by someone that does an excellent job. 3 dogs and 2 cats is too much for my mom to deal with on her own. My sister refuses to care for the dogs, adn when she does she does it poorly. My father is on a truck and I am leaving the country. She decided to take this opportunity to give them to someone we can trust to find them a great home instead of waiting for me to leave. I've been moping about it all day. I loved those dogs to death.

Poke -- Willow burnt and blistered her paw pads on Saturday at my parents house. We think the paving stones on the patio were just too hot for her. We'd never had the problem with Tory because Tory literally spends 95% of her time outside in the pool in the summer. We had to have her bandaged up on all 4 toes the last few days and she didn't really wanna walk a lot, and she was limping. But she is doing much better now!

I'm glad you got to sleep with them one last time. Do you and H plan on getting a dog?

Musu - I'm so glad she's feeling better. 

We will get a dog, but not until we're moved out of here H currently lives. The landlord won't allow pets. And it's a great flat so I'm okay with waiting for a little while.
