I know Loopy, it's just so frustrating. Mica- how can a little square footage stand in the way? I don't get it. I don't get a lot of the ins and outs of house buying though. I know my dad does work on his house without applying for permits. Also- how is your burn? All healed up?
Added square footage without a permit can't be counted in the appraisal, but depending on how things look, insurers have the right to refuse to give home insurance for unpermitted stuff. It might be a huge mess, or it might not be so bad. I'll see when I visit again tomorrow.

I dont want to admit to that level of defeat yet... But you might have it figured out.
The real solution is for TK to get their ish together and fix this. Then we don't have to stand on our heads, drinking a glass of water, while flipping a coin, to post in the right order. That's what it feels like we need to do to post around here.

I confess that I stop patrolling and posting when I see negative time stamps more often than not. I have to be really interested in a thread to post with negative time stamps.
Ugh. My day just got ruined. Someone on fb posted a picture of an animal cruelty victim. I don't know if I want to throw up, cry, throw things, or what. I hate people. I feel sick.
Daff - I was in the mall the other day and there was a pet store with puppies and kitties in glass display cabinets. I almost cried in the middle of the mall. So sad. Just pitiful.
Daff there was one I saw last night that got me crying. Loopy puppymill pets kill me. I always say something to people in the stores about the situation where they come from. I can't keep my animal rights mouth shut sometimes. Fine. Jello shots it is. I have an excellent recipe.
Mst of the pet stores in my area all bring in the animals from the humane society. I haven't seen an actual store that sells animals that aren't from one of the humane societies in the area in years.
H just got home and I bawled my eyes out on his shoulder. I'm so upset, sad, angry, ugh. And there's NOTHING I can do about it. The poor thing. I wish I'd never seen that, I'll never be able to get that image out of my head.

The mall puppy stores all closed. I like to believe I had something to do with it. Ski, i LOVE SHOTS and upstate NY isn't far. Meet halfway and we can do all the shots we want. Let's pick a date for the summer, so we can camp.

Whoever did that should get life in poundmeintheass prison, no parole. Pure evil.

The dog was a gray pit mix. Crooked face from being smashed in. Being fostered here in CT.
