Sorry, I'm trying to talk to H.

I never said that I believed everything on the internet, but I've seen where if you don't push the anesthesia issue, many doctors don't use it. After childbirth I wouldn't want to be worrying about if I pushed the issue enough. I'd also always wonder if they actually did use the anesthesia. I guess I just have some trust issues with doctors, especially if no one was able to be back there with him.

I've also seen where people that I personally knew had to have their circumcision redone because it was done improperly and causing a lot of pain. I know it's my own mistrust of doctors.

There's many complications that can arise from both being cut and being uncut, including a whole new issue of using the anesthesia, which is a big part of why H and I decided against having kids.

[QUOTE]Okay - I'm back. In the freezer section I passed by those Daily's alcoholic pouches. I checked the time to see if I could get it (they stop selling alcohol at 12) and noticed I had 3 minutes. So I high tailed it to the register with my gelato and my booze. I scanned it at the self check out and the attentant wasn't anywhere to be seen. I see her (finally) come around the corner and shouted out "Quick! Check me out before midnight!!"  Moral of the story - I gots me some alcohol.  H and I have also mastered the art of quiet sex - and I also would feel uncomfortable having sex in my kid's rooms.  Chrissy - I love that commercial.

I see what you're saying, but that's why you pick a doctor that you trust.

I know that you said heartless in sarcasm, but at the same time, I do think that you're a person that may judge those that choose this route for their children because YOU have a hang-up with trusting doctors.

    Just something to think about.

Leisel, I could see my FIL doing that. Thankfully, MIL likes to mow the lawn, so she does it instead of him.

I agree that's it's odd to opt out of kids because you can't agree on circumcision, but it's your life, not mine, so...yeah.

Poke, I love the lemonade one. I tried pina colada and I didn't care for it. I also tried a sip of FI's margarita one and HATED it. So I'll stick with the lemonade, strawberry and peach. Maybe eventually I'll try the pomegranate one.

I enjoyed the pomegranate one, Angel. But I'd choose Strawberry Daquiri, Peach Daquiri, or Lemonade first. Actually I was kind of in the mood for peach, but I didn't find any. Not that I had enough time to really look lol.

Leisel, my favorite 'love' quote is:

“We are all a little weird and life’s a little weird, and when we find someone whose weirdness is compatible with ours, we join up with them and fall in mutual weirdness and call it love.”

Unrelated, but I'm watching Teen Mom, and I'm annoyed that Ryan's parents (Ryan is the father of Bentley, who is Maci's son, if you don't watch) and they think it's stupid that Maci put Bentley in a pre-school since he's almost 3. That way he is learning while she's at school.

It's annoying me that they're making a big deal out of EDUCATION.

ZOMG, she must be the worst mother ever if she wants to give her child the opportunity to learn.
