Menus and favors if you're doing them?
Card box? Guest book? Any signs for signature drinks or guest book signs?
Photo of you guys if you're doing that by the escort card table
Vendor list if the hall needs it
Do you need to drop any champagne off at the limo company? (we added extra than what was included)
Do you need to drop your veil off to be steamed at all?

That's all I can think of right now!

Do you need to provide you DJ with anything? Any special songs they may not have that you need to give them on a CD?

Anything that you need to bring to a restuarant for your rehersal dinner if you're having one?

I would make a list for the venue with exactly how you want everything.  For example, is it one favor per place setting, or one every two, or do you just want them on the table in a pile for people to take.    I would be very specific so everything is just how you want it the day of.

I was going to say this as well.

Also, even if you don't have to give specific instructions on things, make up a packing list of everything in each box. That way, you're certain that you get everything back at the end that you're supposed to, and they can't say, "Dur, what cake cutting set?" (Maybe even take a quick photo if you feel like it, as an extra backup.)

Yes, I added that in my list, I put exactly what I wanted to take home at the end with me.

And for each item on the list for the venue, I included how many of that item were there so none were misplaced.

Good thoughts. I will make a list how I want everything and also what I will pick up the next morning. You ladies are so good.

my venue (the primavera regency) made the checklist for me, but I didn't see the runner on there. I had to provide my own, so in case you do thats something you need as well :) also any memorial candles or votive candles!
