Like acutaly pants that zipped up. Since hten i have lived in skirst and leggins and jeggins and tops. now I am guess i am prob a size 22. 2 years. 2 years of no pants. i refuse to even try them. i coudlnt EVER find flattering pants at a size 14. imagine now!

Denim Leggings, so like jeans, therefore JEGGINGS. Also what I think is the most hideous clothing item ever created. I'm sorry, they just are.

Agreed.

i2012do, I'm a size 30/32 and I get my jeans and work pants from Fashion Bug. Before I gained extra weight, I was between a 20 and 28 and got my jeans and work pants from Lane Bryant. Just because you're PS doesn't mean you can't wear real pants :)

Its such a disappointment to try on really cute jeans and they don't fit right. I seem to find Jeans at Fashionbug that fit me good most of the time. They are called zana di. Shirts are normally not a prob. but swimsuits...ugh that's when I feel so unattractive and its hard to find something that makes me NOT feel like a 60 year old.
I am 5'4" so fairly short but they seem to think your leg length increases in proportion to your waist size. I absolutely hate that. I am not 8 feet tall!
Posted by rmontpas
This happens with all sizes, not just PS. What women need to understand is NO ONE is a perfect size 18. You need to have your clothes tailored to fit your body individually. Every pair of pants I buy get tailored to MY mesurements after I buy them. You aren't a cookie cutter - don't expect your pants to be.

That being said, OP, there are dozens of places with cute clothes for plus size women. You need to sit down and research your area just like the rest of us. Here are some great places I use:

Torrid
Forever21 Plus
Lane Bryant
The Avenue
Asos Curve
Agaci +
Macy's
Old Navy
Neiman Marcus

Not being able to find cute clothes isn't something I settle for.

ETA: Swimsuits are easy as well - I guess I don't understand why no one can find things they like? Maybe I am lucky :(

They do, but I'm not 100% sure if their bathing suits are available right now, it being out of season. The best part about their suits is that they're pretty much ALL mix-and-match, so you can buy a bunch of tops and one or two bottoms!
Ugh so a CW just told me, "Paula (my boss) can wear those heels cause she's a little skinny girl but us big girls have to be careful our feet can't hold up all those pounds and keep balance in heels." She makes remarks like that all the time, it kinda hurts my feelings my boss is a very petite woman but I don't know think that makes her any prettier or stylish than I am? I like wearing heels!

punch her in the face.
your feet are made to support your body. not suprisingly, when you lose a significant amount of weight, your feet get smaller too. because they no longer need the extra stuff that they used to.
oh, and if PS girls can't wear heels, i would imagine that the shoe industry would collapse upon itself. that's a lot of girls not buying expensive shoes.
