Alright ladies, time to show some food you enjoy - unhealthy or healthy. Healthy is probably better since we're all trying to eat better, but I wanted to AW the brownies I made today!
They really turned out, but then again they always turn out with this particular recipe!
I'm so glad my husband and our roommate are home today otherwise I'd probably eat all the brownies myself lol.
Recipe:
5 tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup white sugar
pinch of salt
2 eggs beaten
2/3 cup flour
4 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp vanilla (I never measure though because I LOVE vanilla)
1/3 cup whipping cream
1. Cream butter, sugar and salt together.
2. Add eggs. Beat until smooth
3. Add remaining ingredients and mix together thoroughly.
4. Add to greased pan and put in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
Icing:
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp cocoa
3 tbsp liquid
1 tsp vanilla
Icing sugar
Mix together until it's a creamy texture. I don't know how much icing sugar I really put into this recipe, it's usually about 2-3 cups.
Voila! Done!

FI would die if he knew about the mega stuff oreos. He LOVES oreos.
I'm glad I'm eating dinner, and a boring one at that in front of this computer right now, because I want to attack the screen! If I weren't eating dinner, I'd be out the door picking something horrible up!

Ooooo Oreos are SO delicious and those brownies look ridiculously good!!! I pretty much love any kind of dessert!
